Grounding Group, LLC is a consulting company designed to address the social justice needs of corporations, non-profits, educational, and government agencies by providing training, evaluation, and development services.

Dr. Joseph L. Jones established the Grounding Group, LLC in 2015 to assist organizations in aligning their mission and vision towards creating a socially just world.

Dr. Jones is a well-respected social justice higher education administrator, professor, strategic thinker, organizer, and innovative leader who has over 15 years of experience in higher education, non-profit, and community organizing.

Grounding Group is a minority-owned company that employs expert minority independent contract associates to assist with consulting jobs. Associates affiliated with the Grounding Group are experts in the fields of business, higher education, health, finance, and policy.
